The Imbaseni Trust is a charity registered in Scotland (SC 028456/CR47031)

The Trustees are:

Left to Right: Miss Morag Stenhouse, a retired teacher formerly involved in special needs education, who also worked for Scripture Union for nine years; Mr Stuart McChlery, a Chartered Accountant chartered accountant who teaches at Glasgow Caledonian University; Dr Elizabeth Swain, Acting Convenor in Scotland, and a medical doctor working for part of the year for PRIME, a Christian medical training agency in Albania and Graham and Frances Wilson who currently live in Tanzania and directly oversee the utilisation of all funds. Graham is Software Engineering Manager at the University Computing Centre, Dar es Salaam.


THE TRUST

The Trust is now over 12 years old, having been formed in 1998, and the threefold charitable purposes enshrined in the Deed are – 'reduction of poverty, improvement of education and advancement of religion'.
The Trust publishes an occasional newsletter containing up-to-date information and photographs, together with an account of how the donations have been used.
The Trust has no overheads or employees, so that 100% of the money given is used for the Trust’s purposes.
